In order to ensure transparency in the processing of personal data, we present the principles of personal data protection, established on the basis of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter:“RODO“).

ACQUISITION OF DATA AND THE PURPOSE OF ITS PROCESSING

  • through data voluntarily entered in a form published at: https://konsulat-tajlandii-krakow.pl/kontakt/ (hereinafter: “the form“) by a user of the site, to the extent of the given name, telephone number, e-mail address, which are then entered into the Administrator’s systems;

The administrator processes personal data to the extent that it includes the name, telephone number, e-mail address provided in the form by the service user:

  • For the purpose of handling inquiries via the contact form;

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(a) RODO, i.e. the service user’s consent to the processing of personal data expressed by sending a message to the Administrator using the form .

DATA PROCESSING PERIOD

The aforementioned personal data will be processed no longer than it is necessary to perform the related activities specified by separate regulations, but no longer than for three years.

DATA SHARING

In connection with its operations, the Administrator may transfer your personal data to the Administrator’s employees and associates, as well as to entities cooperating with the Administrator, in particular to entities providing IT services to the Administrator.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

Any person whose data is processed by the Controller has the right to:

  1. The right to access the content of your data,
  2. The right to rectify data,
  3. The right to delete data,
  4. The right to restrict processing,
  5. The right to data portability,
  6. The right to object on grounds related to your particular situation,
  7. The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

In addition, the person whose data is processed has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

DO YOU HAVE TO PROVIDE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Provision of data is voluntary, but if you do not provide it, it will be impossible to contact the Administrator through the form.

TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

Due to the international activities of the Administrator, the personal data you provide may be transferred to entities located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), i.e. operating in the territory of the Kingdom of Thailand. Alternatively, the transfer of data will be based on appropriate contractual clauses ensuring an adequate level of protection for your data, as required by the RODO.
