From April 13th to 15th, Thailand comes alive with joy, music, and laughter as the country celebrates Songkran — the traditional Thai New Year. This is a special time symbolizing cleansing, renewal, and new beginnings. Deeply rooted in Thai culture, Songkran is a moment to express gratitude, show respect to elders, nurture family bonds, and share the happiness of playful water fights that symbolically wash away the worries of the past year, welcoming joy for the new chapter ahead.

On this occasion, the Consul of the Kingdom of Thailand in Poland would like to extend heartfelt wishes to all:

“On the occasion of Songkran, I wish you prosperity, good health, and lasting happiness. May this New Year bring peace, joy, and success in both your personal and professional life. Songkran is a beautiful time for renewal and reflection — may it fill your hearts with harmony, and may the shared celebration create many warm and cherished moments with your loved ones.”
